Hi,
I have already filed my I-485 in Aug 2007. My employer is moving to a new office space in the same city. It is almost 2 miles from where I'm working now. Do I need to notify USCIS of this change? If so, how would I do it? Could anyone please suggest.

I am working for a client which gave me an offer for a respectable amount. it is much higher than the amount specified in ETA 9089 (F/5) column. my Onet code for the original labor is 15-1071.00. my new job is defined as System Specialist. my job functions( roles) are pretty much the same as my original labor certificate. I tried to search the Onet Code for System specialist and did not find a good match.
Can any one suggest me what are the options.

I also wanted to know weather USCIS will send any letter to new employer regarding to the offer extended to me. MY situation is the client is not willing to sponsor me.

After we have filed for 485 and lets say we (me and my spouse) receive our EAD's. If I quit my job after 6 months of filing, can my spouse (secondary applicant) continue to renew her EAD's or would she have problems since I (the primary applicant) is no longer working for the company and maybe working for myself?

Many of us have had a positive reaction to the TB skin test. So we take an X-ray to confirm we are fine and the doctor mark normal in the chest X-ray section. Pretty routinely done.

Now my spouse had a negative TB skin test, so no X-ray needed. However the physician and my attorney have different views on how to fill out the chest X-ray section of the form. The physician checked nothing in the section and is very adamant about the way he fills out the form. My attorney believes that the NOT DONE box in the section should be checked as he claims that he has seen REFs if the NOT DONE box is not checked. What is your opinion? Appreciate your feedback. Be very very careful.. There are lots of carcasses along the highway of pre-approved labor..
In any case.. I have almost never seen this work when people enter it solely based on labor based logic, If every thing else is fine like project/attitude/salary and approved labor is add-on.. then you got lucky.. and Good Luck!
But rule of thumb is .. if it's too good to be true.. mostly IT IS..

Hello Folks:

Sorry for this new thread. But I need help in interpreting the information that I got when I went to Local Office.

My I485 is in Locak Office and it was transferred to the San Jose office after we had our interview in Boston back in October 2005.

When I spoke with the officer (not IO) he said that quote:

" Priority Date
AUA 1 or / 7/1/07
I 485 Forward to 245 Unit "

What does this mean? Can you guys help me understand what he is trying to say. I mentioned that we are already interviewed.
