I applied an LC from an employer on March 27th 2005 (Pre-PERM)
It is shifted to P-BEC. I have not got any 45 day letter for that

My labor is approved in August 2007 and I have approved I140.It is likely that my company might declare chapter 11(bankrupt).I have not yet filed my I1485 yet as dates are not current for my PD.
My question is can I port my I140 to a different company B and extend my H1 based on the approved I140 from company A.
If yes, What documents do I need from company A to get this done.There were some posts which said I cannot port without having my 485 filed and pending approval for 180 days.is this true?
Can someone provide some suggestion what would be good approach.Ofcourse I will talk to a advocate before proceeding but in order for me to request my labor and 140 from my current company, I need to prove it to them that it is possible to port 140 without 485.

I heard that if the current state u work in State A , is not the same as the one labor was filed - State B , then it can trigger an RFE.
My Q is HOW frequent is this possibility ? Has anyone experienced this ? Also my PD WILL Be current next month and I filed AR 11 about 10 days ago . Will that impact ? I read somewhere someone posted an article that change of address can tigger RFE at 485 Stage.But changed address in the same State B , I have been working in since 2008 ( I filed 485 in 2008 from State B ) . The change of address is only some 20 miles away from the previous one.

One of the stand out football players for the United States Military Academy at West Point is junior Alejandro Villanueva, a Spaniard who played high school football in Belgium. The wide receiver is also the tallest player in all of college football - 6 foot, 10 inches. Villanueva will have to serve five years in the Army after graduating and will probably be deployed to Afghanistan or Iraq. I am a chinese. My company would like to support my green card applicaion this year. I also plan to be married this year or early next year. My wife is a F1 student from china.
As I know that my wife can be a dependent in my green card application. If I start the green card application process from next month, is it ok that I add a wife as my green card application dependent if we get married at around Nov 2011.
How to handle the GC application and marriage in a good way? I means any schedule or trick I need pay attention on.

Recently I have travelled to USA on B1, during port of entry at chicago the immigration officer as marked Advised on the stamp with pen. What does it mean? Does this will have any impact on my next visit to USA on B1.
In port of entry letter I have mentioned stay duration as 4 weeks (1 month). Is this the problem? If so why officer given i-94 till 3 months?

Hi,
My Spouse Application was rejected due to incorrect fee though the USCIS were accepting application with old fee till august 17th! It was filed on August3rd! and it was with old fee! Will it be accepted if we send a letter that the fee was right the first time!
Has anybody's both primary and spouse applications got the receipts with old FEES and had applied in AUGUST, Pls reply asap as my spouse application rejected and we had applied on august 3rd!
